Singeing Machines (DHALL) – 1 unit

Singeing is a critical step in the denim production process to remove any surface imperfections like loose fibers. The precision of the singeing process ensures a smooth, clean fabric surface, enhancing the final look and feel of the denim while also improving durability and wash performance.

Sanforising Machines (DHALL) – 4 units

Sanforizing is essential for controlling shrinkage and ensuring dimension stability in denim fabric. These machines apply consistent pressure and heat to the fabric, preventing undesirable shrinkage after washing,which is crucial for meeting the high standards set by international fashion brands.

Combi Desizing Mercerizing Machines

The combi desizing mercerizing machine performs multiple processes in one, including fabric desizing and mercerizing, which enhances the fiber’s luster, strength, and dye uptake. This machine helps ensure that denim maintains its premium finish and stays colorfast and smooth through long-term use.

Inspection Machines (WELTEX & ALMAC) -12 Unit

Effluent Treatment Plant

Wintas Denim Plant 1 employs advanced effluent treatment technologies to handle wastewater produced during fabric processing. The eco-friendly plant ensures that water used in dyeing and finishing processes is treated to meet environmental standards, supporting our commitment to sustainability.
